I have been in anxiety from 6/14 to 6/23 for my Reasonable Accommodation extension.

Try to encourage myself to collect all of the required documents.

Finally submit the package today to 

Judette Crosbie, Affirmative/Disability Employment Program Manager, 

Office of Diversity Inclusion and Civil Rights, so she can send to FOH

I am very proud of myself. I finally do something for myself.
