Team (of 4) leader teaches the new girls how to find the vein, inject the needle, and practice the breathing instructions: breathe in, breathe out, breathe in and hold, breathe
Notify the doctor when I am ready
The doctor comes to ask me questions, put medicine under my tongue,
then go to the other room to start the injection and the machine

I feel the bruises around the injection area with pain, and the hand a little numbness.
