I have an appointment for CTA for Heart at 9:00am and I arrive early.

8:10am-9:50am

Taking Computed Tomography Angiogram (CTA) at Maimonides Hospital Radiology Department

(4802 10th Ave. Gellman Building, 3rd floor, Brooklyn)

8:15am Chick in (on the machine), waiting, register/sign the forms, waiting 

8:45am Dailyn guide me in the room

Team (of 4) leader teaches the new girls how to find the vein, inject the needle, and practice the breathing instructions: breathe in, breathe out, breathe in and hold, breathe

Notify the doctor when I am ready

The doctor comes to ask me questions, put medicine under my tongue, 

then go to the other room to start the injection and the machine

Several the bed sliding in and out with several breathing/take the images

The team comes back to take off the needle

Dailyn tell me that I need to drink a lot of water for two days

9:50am get out of the hospital.

4:30pm Recording for the 6/15 Chinese Radio Networking Nan Li's program

 I feel the bruises around the injection area with pain, and the hand a little numbness.

I should not carry the heavy bags of groceries and wash the clothes.

5:30pm After the recording, I put the ice pad on the injection area

and lie down on the bed to keep the had higher than the chest.

Before bed time, I take off the bandage because I feel itching
