2023-04-13 新電腦 Getting New Laptop

A very upset day, I feel so unfair that I wait for 4 hours to have my new laptop installed because they don't care about fairness.

Marie made an appointment for me to install my new laptop at 8:00am.

I get to the office a 7:20am.

Denise tells the technicians won't come before 9:00am

Close to 9:00am, Denise comes to my cubical to give a sticker to write name stick to mu old laptop.

9:15am I heard people come in.

9:30am I wonder why the technicians haven't come to get me so I go to find them.

Very surprised, I saw J is with the technician and tell me I will be the next \.

I wait in my cubical for a while.

J comes to tell me I should prepare to return my old laptop and bring it to his office.

When I go to J's office, the technician is installing her laptop

I wait.

After the installation done, the technician asks Cindy is there any programs important for her.

Her Favorite looks like has a problem, so the technician helps her.

My appointment was 8:00am and it is more than two hours and they let Issac and Cindy go before me,

I was very upset.

J comes to ask me how I feel, I tell him it is not fair.

He goes to tell Cincy that she can do those later, but she says it is important to her.

I stand outside J's office keep waiting and waiting.

J's comes to me again, and says he has to tell them.

This time technician tells Cincy to try her laptop outside.

Mwisho Manning is his name. He installs my laptop without any problem, but I have too many files to transfer to my new laptop: 7.5 GB.

There is no way to stop the transformation.

When the transformation finished, it is 11:10am, get out the office and get home after 1:00pm

I have the WHIAANHPI event debriefing at 1:30pm. I send a message to J to tell him I am not participating in the meeting because I need to prepare for my next two webinars.

I am glad that at least I come home in time to conduct the webinar.
