 The temperature going up from yesterday's 6 degree to today's 29 degree.

First time to see cardiologist Doctor Huang at 8:30am

Meet Doc Huang after the EKG test, Put on the Heart Monitor (Body Guardian Mini PLUS) 

and then schedule for the next visit for ECHO

We just leave the parking space for three minutes, the office calls me to go back because the ECHO test get approved.

I go back to have the ECHO by a young man from Taiwan.

Go to Mr. Buns to get foods and going home feel happy that I finally do something for my health.

We stop at the Fort Hamilton for the view, fresh air and a picnic.

Will wear the heat monitor for one week. It is a new experience.

Technology is incredible to help us. The mini equipment can attach to us so we can be anywhere.
