10am-11am Speaking at Greater New York Chamber of Commerce "Make New Business Contacts"

1pm-1:30pm Meeting with Stephen Straub, Gotham Building, Greater New York Chamber member

My laptop is disconnected and I cannot get "Outlook", so I call the ITsupport.

The IT technician sounds like just wake up, he tried something and made the situation even worse

I cannot even lock in my laptop.

At least I could work on word, excel, and other things, but I cannot log into the laptop.

He told me that I have to go to the office to connect to the system 

then an IT technician can remotely to fix the problem

I rushed to the office around 2pm

Thanks God that I get James to remotely manage my laptop and fix the problem around 4pm.

When I get home, my Outlook still not connected

I am so frustrated, but I decide I will wait 

I go to bed praying the Outlook will come back tomorrwo
